About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. Analysts in this role act as internal consultants by providing crucial reporting and analysis to our corporate departments and 7 youth enrichment brands, thus helping facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for data, with robust skills in data visualization and the ability to identify and effectively communicate data insights that contribute to business growth. In this position, you will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define metrics, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Acting as the bridge between I.T. and the end user, you will ensure that the vision of all parties involved is aligned. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the existing business intelligence reports and perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and optimization. Your role will also involve preparing and presenting findings and recommendations to company leadership and stakeholders in a clear and effective manner, ensuring that insights are actionable and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define metrics, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting complex data in an understandable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools; moderate to advanced experience with Power BI preferred.
• Competency with SQL, Python, and R a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Passion and aptitude for quickly learning new technical skills.
• The capability to work well both in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
