Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Insights & Analytics Team. This role demands a detail-oriented individual to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau. This role will play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business decision-making. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
• Work closely with business analysts to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective responsive visualizations
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all reporting outputs
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to optimize data sources for reporting purposes
• Perform data validation and troubleshoot inconsistencies or errors in reporting outputs
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights within data to drive strategic decision-making
• Document reporting processes and data sources
• Stay up to date with Tableau features, visualization techniques, and best practices
• May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
• Proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard development, calculations, and performance optimization
• Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Ability to work with large data sets and ensure data integrity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Nice-to-haves

• Tableau Certified Data Analyst is preferred
