• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools like Power BI.
• Build data models, design database queries, and create insightful reports and visualizations.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to ensure data integrity and uncover trends.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements, including automation of manual tasks.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and provide effective resolutions and workarounds.
• Monitor and analyze key business performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver impactful analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics.
• Proficient in Power BI and other data visualization tools.
• Skilled in SQL, Python, and similar languages for database queries.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Knowledge of advanced analytic techniques such as predictive models and regression analysis.
