About the position

CACI is seeking experienced, innovative, and motivated Business Intelligence Analysts to support the mission objectives and needs of the U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) in Omaha, Nebraska. This position is contingent upon the award of the United States Strategic Command Information Technology and Logistics Support (SCITLS) contract. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery. You will be responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of an operational data store and enterprise data warehouse, utilizing BI best practices, relational structures, and dimensional data modeling. Your expertise in structured query language (SQL) and data warehouse reporting techniques will be essential in improving and streamlining processes regarding data flow and quality, ultimately enhancing data accuracy, viability, and value. In this role, you will provide solutions using the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack, Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Defense Ready, SharePoint, Tableau, Qlik, and Office productivity tools. Clear and effective communication is vital, as you will need to present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The position requires working in dynamic, fast-paced environments that necessitate team interaction and coordination of efforts. You will be expected to adapt to changing circumstances and operational needs while maintaining a strong understanding of data integration and database management, aggregated reporting, analytics, and visualization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery.
  • Provide ongoing development and maintenance of an operational data store and enterprise data warehouse using BI best practices.
  • Improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to enhance data accuracy, viability, and value.
  • Develop and maintain a business intelligence architecture that enables fact-based decision making and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Provide solutions using the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Defense Ready, SharePoint, Tableau, Qlik, and Office productivity tools.
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, presenting products and ideas in a business-like manner.
  • Work in dynamic fast-paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts.

Requirements

  • Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible.
  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience, or Associate's degree with 5 years of experience, including BI Development and reporting.
  • Experience interfacing with both client managers and system users.
  • Strong understanding of data integration and database management; aggregated reporting, analytics, and visualization.
