As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Engle Martin, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and compiling data to identify trends and patterns that inform business actions. This position is integral to driving strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across various business units while upholding Engle Martin's Foundation and Culture. You will lead consultative sessions with leaders and operational team members to assess analytical needs, helping to define goals and develop strategies for the rollout of data reporting solutions that cater to both immediate and future requirements. Your responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data from multiple sources to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement, ultimately optimizing operational performance. You will develop and utilize statistical models and analytical techniques to derive insights, define, track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators relevant to operational activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will analyze operational processes to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction, perform ad hoc analyses to address specific questions or issues as requested by management or other departments, and accurately obtain and provide feedback on business and client-specific information needs. In this role, you will create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings. You will also lead monthly and quarterly business reviews that benchmark each department's trending financial performance, evaluate costs, and measure the overall productivity and health of the business. Working cross-functionally, you will build out solutions and insights for competitive intelligence while maintaining current knowledge of industry and business trends. Your ability to create complex data reports and provide analysis regarding forecasting, client needs, and benchmarking will be essential for use by senior leadership, and you will confidently communicate these data findings to various stakeholders.
