About the position

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Tidal Wave Auto Spa, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing business processes and solutions under the guidance of the IT Team. This position requires a blend of technical skills and customer service excellence, as you will be responsible for testing software solutions and ensuring they meet the needs of the business. You will engage in in-house user testing, capturing complex requirements, and mapping them to effective business processes. Your analytical thinking and organizational skills will be essential as you develop well-documented and sustainable processes that adhere to industry best practices. In this role, you will also be tasked with responding to inquiries regarding application usage and best practices, creating and implementing solutions to meet business requirements using SQL and related technologies. You will need to replicate, report, and track user system issues until they are resolved, collaborating with both internal and external software and systems teams throughout the development cycles. Additionally, you will create training documents and system documentation for external users, ensuring that all stakeholders have the necessary resources to utilize the systems effectively. Responsibilities

  • Perform in-house user testing on software solutions.

  • Respond to questions on application use and best practices.
  • Create and implement solutions to business requirements using SQL and related technologies.

  • Create externally facing system and training documents.

Requirements

  • Can pass a drug test and criminal background check.
  • Are legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Experience with SQL (1 year preferred).
