Safe Haven Security is seeking a dedicated Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our organization. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for creating reports and processes by utilizing SQL, Power BI, Excel, and other various tools. You will work closely with various teams on all reporting and process needs. In this role, you will partner with management to create world-class processes across internal business functions, produce accurate and insightful reports by working closely with each team and understanding key aspects of their business, and utilize the Power platform to revamp existing processes across internal teams. You will also communicate within and across departmental lines to provide a forum for insightful data and communication exchanges, and prepare and provide support to executive level and management on special projects and ad hoc analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with management to create world-class processes across internal business functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Power BI and SQL.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate effective time management.
  • Extensive knowledge in Microsoft suite, primarily Power BI and Excel.
  • Strong analytical ability and a natural sense of curiosity.
  • Demonstrates unwavering commitment to confidentiality and a sense of urgency.
  • Takes personal accountability for the quality and timeliness of work, and achieves results with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of working effectively under tight deadlines.
