About the position

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) / Data Analyst to join our team in Irving, TX. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site. The position is a long-term contract, and we are looking for candidates who can work on a W2 basis or as independent contractors. We are not accepting third-party applications at this time, but we welcome candidates with L2 or H4 EADs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and possess expert skills in Tableau and Excel, particularly with Macros. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing Tableau reports, as well as modeling data to support business decisions. Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and financial regulatory requirements is essential for this role. In addition, you should have experience with database and middleware technologies, specifically Oracle and SQL Server. An advanced understanding of business processes, systems, and tools used in the risk and controls environment, with a focus on PowerBI and Tableau, is also required.
