About the position

The Business Intelligence Analyst at CBRE is responsible for enhancing client data and processes by understanding business needs and interpreting data. This role involves generating reports, ensuring data accuracy, and identifying improvement opportunities, all while adhering to an agile framework. The analyst will also become a subject matter expert in commercial real estate, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports using data from multiple sources to understand trends in data.
• Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from stakeholders.
• Build applications used to collect and display data to customers.
• Identify opportunities for improvements among the clients and company.
• Assist with the coordination involving personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Work as an individual and with teams, as needed.
• Follow an agile framework to plan, organize and communicate work.
• Become a subject matter expert on topics related to commercial real estate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
• Understanding of the project lifecycle with a focus on collecting business requirements and user acceptance testing.
• Ability to lead meetings and present key findings to stakeholders.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio or similar.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
