The Business Intelligence Analyst role at Tricolor Holdings focuses on transforming data into actionable insights to drive impactful change within the organization. The analyst will work closely with management to establish project objectives and improve analytics processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review data to optimize processes and develop effective business strategies.
• Use creativity and technical skills to locate data sources, validate findings, identify trends, and develop strategies to reduce costs and improve processes.
• Create reports and presentations summarizing complex information.
• Translate complex numerical data into actionable strategies.
• Work with the management team to establish project objectives, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress.
• Review and improve analytics processes, methods, and tools for increased efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in meetings with managers to assess issues and implement improvements for efficient operations.
• Provide timely business analytics for decision-making by organizational stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in business or operations analytics.
• Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics, including knowledge of Excel, Python, and SQL.
• Strong ability to develop, optimize, and implement stored procedures in SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of database procedures and Microsoft SQL Server concepts.
• Experience using database analytical tools to analyze performance and generate reports.
• Strong math, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional presentation, research, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as MS PowerBi and SAS.
