About the position

Coloplast has an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team! Based in Minneapolis, the Wound and Skin Care (WSC) Commercial Excellence (ComEx) and Finance team is the analytics and sales operations engine for the North America WSC division. In this role, you will prepare monthly operational and performance reports for use across the organization. You will also play a key role in identifying issues with customer sales data, making recommendations to resolve discrepancies, and collaborating with stakeholders to execute the recommendations. To be qualified for this role, you must be able to synthesize large volumes of information and translate it into an easy-to-understand Power BI reports, possess stakeholder and project management skills, flexibility, and natural curiosity to understand how to continuously drive value through optimized reporting and streamlined processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute standard and ad-hoc Power BI reports for Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence and North American Leadership teams around product, customer, and general business performance
• Execute on quarterly and monthly performance reporting for North America and corporate leadership
• Execute on quarterly market insight reporting to North American Leadership
• Provide insights on data issues through ad-hoc analyses and recommendations for process improvements
• Partner with Com-Ex Manager and Sales teams to develop, test and implement relevant BI reports
• Assist with sales data processing to gain a firm understanding of data and system flows
• Lead WSC North America master data management
• Provide analytical support in ad-hoc requests and projects
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business or another relevant field
• Demonstrated strong proficiency and accuracy in data analysis
• Experience working with advanced analytics tools (Power BI)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI)
• Proven track record with consistent high performance in data analysis and financial/sales presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform products (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently and independently with a high degree of accuracy to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, investigative and documentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization
