About the position

The Business Intelligence Analyst at Innova Solutions is responsible for gathering, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data from various systems to provide insights that support decision-making. This role involves critical thinking and collaboration with corporate groups to ensure operational support and effective project strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive critical thinking and insight into challenging, unstructured decisions and problems.
• Partner with various corporate groups (Finance, HR, IT, etc.) to provide needed data and information.
• Ensure smooth operational support from corporate groups.
• Provide guidance and support toward project strategies and processes.
• Create metric definitions and analysis, monitoring, documentation, and root-cause analysis.
• Establish best practices for data analysis and visualization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, business analytics, data science, or equivalent quantitative field.
• Experience designing, building, and managing dashboards, reports, and datasets in Power BI Service.
