About the position

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for designing, creating, and managing business intelligence and analytics solutions that transform data into actionable insights. This role requires a strong background in data analysis, project management, and Agile methodologies, along with excellent communication skills. The BI Analyst will enhance the organization's business intelligence capabilities to support informed decision-making within Providence Health Plan.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage BI and analytics solutions.
• Transform data into knowledge to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings effectively.
• Conduct data analysis and statistical representation of data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• 1 year of experience in an analytic or technical role with multiple data systems.
• Proven experience with database management and data analysis tools.
• 1 year of experience in programming using SQL.
• Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.

Nice-to-haves
