About the position

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at CBRE, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client data and processes by understanding business needs and interpreting data. This position is part of the Data Science & Analytics function, focusing on reviewing data to improve effectiveness and predict outcomes, ultimately developing business intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports using data from multiple sources to understand trends in data.
• Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from stakeholders.
• Build applications used to collect and display data to customers.
• Identify opportunities for improvements among the clients and company.
• Assist with the coordination involving personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Work as an individual and with teams, as needed.
• Follow an agile framework to plan, organize and communicate work.
• Become a subject matter expert on topics related to commercial real estate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Understanding of the project lifecycle with a focus on collecting business requirements and user acceptance testing.
• Ability to lead meetings and present key findings to stakeholders.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio or similar.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
