About the position

The Business Intelligence Analyst at Providence St. Joseph Health is responsible for designing, creating, and managing business intelligence and analytics solutions that transform data into actionable insights. This remote role requires a strong background in data analysis, Agile methodologies, and project management, along with excellent communication skills. The analyst will enhance the organization's business intelligence capabilities to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage BI and analytics solutions.
• Transform data into knowledge to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present findings effectively.
• Conduct data analysis and statistical representation of data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• 1 year of experience in an analytic or technical role with multiple data systems.
• Proven experience with database management and statistical representation of data.
• 1 year of experience in programming using SQL.
• Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, or SSRS.
• Background in data warehouse design and data mining.

• Master's Degree in a related field may apply to applicable years of experience.
