About the position

The Business Intelligence Analyst at Verizon plays a crucial role in supporting key business goals through data analysis and insights. This position involves collaborating with various teams to identify relevant data, conduct analyses, and present findings in a clear and compelling manner. The analyst will also be responsible for developing automated dashboards and reports to effectively communicate data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Learn and provide the metrics required to support key business goals for different lines of business and segment reporting.
• Partner with internal and external teams to provide business intelligence by identifying the right data and conducting analyses.
• Develop and automate the best ways to share data in dashboards, presentations, and written reports.
• Utilize marketing analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on various marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the creation of test measurement plans and analysis workbooks for the Real-Time Marketing testing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.
• Experience interpreting complex datasets.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics).
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
