The Business Intelligence Analyst at Corewell Health plays a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that support key business processes. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, create reports and dashboards, and educate users on data utilization. The analyst is responsible for ensuring data accuracy and reliability, facilitating information gathering, and presenting findings to drive better decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Create visual design solutions and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that deliver insights.
• Analyze, design, code, configure, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain reporting assets.
• Utilize appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data using basic BI reporting tools.
• Work with internal/external teams to define necessary information and create solutions based on requirements.
• Collaborate with Senior and Lead Analysts to monitor processes and services for data accuracy, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Support processes and quality improvement activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to determine the nature and scope of project activities and processes to be developed or modified.
• Coach less experienced Business Intelligence Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, liberal arts, computer science, application programming, software development, information systems, database administration, mathematics, engineering, or other related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
