About the position

The Business Intelligence Analyst at Plateau GRP is responsible for analyzing existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and enhancing opportunities through the development of new software and services. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing, technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects. The analyst will serve as a subject matter expert, documenting requirements, creating functional specifications, and overseeing product development to ensure alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement
• Enhance opportunities by identifying new software/service to be developed
• Analyze and decompose complex requirements
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
• Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation
• Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts
• Oversee the development of the offer enablement product as per the specifications
• Facilitate change and configuration management
• Monitor performance, discover variances and propose necessary actions
• Validate the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications
• Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports

Requirements

• 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience
• SQL proficiency
• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
• Six or more years of relevant work experience, specifically with B2B marketing
• Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent Technical (e.g., systems design) and/or analytical skills
• Excellent business knowledge and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and strategic planning experience
• Experience investigating and solving complex technical problems and data discrepancies
• Experience working with business intelligence systems to provide diagnostic self-serve information to clients and business units
• Experience in creating Use Case Diagrams
• Extensive history in capturing, sense-making, and communicating business-to-technical requirements effectively and clearly
• Program management experience
• Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentation creation
• Communication and presentation skills
