About the position

The Business Intelligence Analyst at AGI Suretrack LLC will serve as a crucial link between functional business units and product development. This role focuses on equipping business staff with the necessary software applications and training to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The analyst will also be responsible for creating business analytics and diagnostic data reports to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product manager to understand product strategy, risk, and direction.
  • Directly or indirectly own business process documentation.
  • Develop expert 'power user' understanding in the use and operation of relevant software tools and systems related to business processes.
  • Translate collected user data sets into useful and consumable business reports for use in determining product direction.
  • Collect and create the necessary reports needed to determine proper business and product priority.
  • Consolidate customer data from multiple sources into meaningful and consumable visualizations.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing of software changes and innovative solutions.
  • Facilitate training for business intelligence applications and reports used for product direction.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the business processes and standard operating procedures of software engineering.
  • Create data consolidation, refinement, and analysis.
  • Development of Business intelligence reporting interface strategies.
  • Communicate business processes with business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science/Engineering or a related field.
  • 3 years of related business intelligence experience.
  • Experience translating user data sets into business reports to determine product direction.
  • Experience communicating business processes with business partners.
  • Experience using and operating relevant business intelligence software tools and systems related to business processes.
  • Experience facilitating user acceptance testing of software solutions and training for business intelligence applications and reports.
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, CRM software, Six Sigma processes, and ERP software (SAP or Made 2 Manage).
