About the position

The Business Intelligence Analyst at GardaWorld Security Services is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that inform business decisions. This role involves analyzing and reporting data on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis to support various departments within the organization. The analyst will leverage their expertise in data retrieval and analysis to create insightful dashboards and reporting solutions that enable management and stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. Responsibilities

• Provide data research and compilation by collaborating with Branch and Corporate staff to ensure timely data collection.
• Create and produce actionable reports, interactive dashboards, and ad hoc requests that highlight key performance indicators and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Establish key performance metrics and implement strategies for their ongoing enhancement.
• Assist in compiling and publishing HR performance metrics according to the assigned operating rhythm.
• Compile and publish organizational reporting according to a predetermined frequency.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of SQL programming experience preferred (SSMS/ETL).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and data modeling techniques.
• Experience researching problems and finding solutions.
• Prior experience with compliance, internal audits, and/or documentation is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• SAP Web Intelligence experience is a plus.
