About the position

E.A. Buck Financial Services is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to provide data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This full-time position is based in Honolulu, Hawaii, and reports directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence, particularly with Salesforce, to help drive the company's growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to understand business goals and provide analytical support.
• Create, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement efficient data collection systems to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the CEO and executive team.
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align BI initiatives with organizational goals.
• Identify areas for process improvement in data management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, preferably in financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including report and dashboard creation.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and professionalism.
• Highly organized and analytical with attention to detail.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
