Responsibilities

• Analyze datasets related to e-commerce sales, influencer outreach, and marketing performance to identify trends and provide insights to enhance business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement BI solutions that meet business requirements and support key decision-making processes.
• Conduct comprehensive market research on competitors, industry trends, and pricing strategies to influence marketing campaigns and business strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports that track key performance metrics for influencer campaigns and sales trends on platforms like TikTok Shop.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to management and key stakeholders to optimize marketing strategies and boost sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL or Python for data extraction and analysis.
• Ability to work with large datasets and distill complex information into clear and concise insights.
• Strong communication skills to present data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
