About the position
BlueInGreen is looking for a Business Intelligence/Analytics Engineer or Systems Analyst to enhance and maintain an internal analytics dashboard. This role emphasizes front-end data analytics and visualization while ensuring seamless data integration with backend systems. Candidates with backend expertise are highly valued, although internal support is available for backend data integration.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement intuitive dashboards and visualizations primarily in Tableau.
- Explore Airtable as an alternative visualization and reporting platform.
- Work with medium-sized datasets and internal backend integrations to model, aggregate, and connect data points for visualization.
- Analyze operational and business performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective backend data integration and visualization alignment with business needs.
Requirements
- Advanced expertise in Tableau and familiarity with Airtable.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation.
- Experience integrating data from third-party systems such as Mailchimp, PlusPlus, Docebo, SurveyMonkey, Wistia, Contentful, and Zendesk.
- Familiarity with data warehouses and backend systems for data integration.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable, and visually appealing insights.
- Demonstrated experience in intuitive dashboard design.
