The mission of this team is to drive monetization and sustainable revenue growth for TikTok through data science. As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in this mission by driving the iteration of TikTok Ads Datahub, which serves as the central hub for monetization data. You will work to improve data product capabilities to identify and meet the needs of both internal and external users. In this role, you will conduct deep dives into operational execution and business problems, utilizing analytical and statistical rigor to uncover insights and opportunities. Your analyses and presentations will influence business decisions and improve overall business results. You will be responsible for creating best-in-class metrics, analyses, visualizations, and data-driven storytelling that effectively communicate findings and recommendations. Additionally, you will design product prototypes that reflect best practices in reporting, visualization, and analysis, and produce technical documents related to product requirements, development, testing, and user manuals. Coordination and driving resources from various cross-functional teams for implementation will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
