About the position

The Business Intelligence Data Analyst at Arkos Health plays a crucial role in supporting market segments and the overall business by developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical tools. This position is focused on transforming data into actionable insights to support business decisions, requiring a detail-oriented and data-driven individual with a strong background in data analysis and report building.

Responsibilities

• Support and forge strong relationships with market leadership and various teams on their reporting and analytics needs based on leadership requests and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends to provide actionable insights.
• Recommend and implement best practices for data management and reporting within the assigned market.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Engage in hands-on development activities, including coding, scripting, and system configuration, to implement data solutions and address technical issues effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in healthcare data analytics, Tableau visualization, and building, along with the integration of this in cloud technology.
• At least 3 years of experience working with cloud data warehouse products like AWS Redshift.
• Knowledge of native Salesforce reporting/dashboarding or CRMA function within Salesforce.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages.

• Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Ability to multi-task effectively between multiple activities or sources of information.
