Responsibilities

• Transform data into insights that support business partners.
• Create data visualizations such as charts, infographics, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between business partners and other departments to develop solutions that improve decision-making processes.
• Produce analysis and communicate actionable insights to business partners.
• Research, design, implement, and validate solutions to achieve targeted outcomes.
• Explore and condition data, developing solutions using data analysis, data mining, optimization tools, and machine learning techniques.
• Champion self-serve analytics capabilities within the organization.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or in a comparable analytics role.
• Strong analytical ability to manage and interpret complex datasets.
• Expertise in analyzing large, multi-dimensional datasets using various tools.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills with business partners.
• In-depth knowledge of business practices and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects or lead teams.
• Commitment to company values and guiding principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Required skills in Microsoft SQL and business intelligence/visual analytics.
