About the position

The Business Intelligence Developer and Data Visualization Specialist will lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Business Intelligence applications. This role involves providing end-user support for the implementation and usage of business intelligence systems, applying advanced consulting and technical expertise, and developing innovative solutions to complex problems. The position requires working independently and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Business Intelligence applications.
• Provide end-user support for the implementation and usage of business intelligence systems.
• Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with data analytics, business intelligence (BI), dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience with QuickSight or Envision by Palantir.
• Experience with platforms, including Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or QlikView.
• Knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Ability to develop interactive dashboards and reports.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Bachelor's degree.
