About the position

The position involves creating custom reports within the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) system to meet the specific needs of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom reports within the UKG Pro WFM system.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure reports meet business needs.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to drive decision-making.
  • Maintain and update existing reports as needed.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on report usage.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • 5 years of experience working on in-app report building within the UKG Pro WFM system.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and report-writing tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in the UKG Pro WFM system, well-versed with UKG Tables and Systems.
  • Experience with report writing tools such as Crystal Reports or SSRS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in tools like UKG Pro's Reporting Studio, including the ability to create and customize reports.
  • Experience with scheduling reports and automating data delivery processes within UKG.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (like Tableau or Power BI) to present data insights effectively.
  • Knowledge of how to integrate data from various sources, ensuring comprehensive reporting.
  • Understanding of data warehousing principles to ensure accurate data retrieval and reporting.
  • Familiarity with using APIs for pulling data from UKG systems or integrating with other applications.
  • Understanding of database concepts, including normalization and indexing, to enhance report generation efficiency.
  • Ability to perform testing and validation of reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
