About the position

Join Relias as a Business Intelligence Developer II, a high energy, strategic, and fast-paced position that plays a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights using Power BI, DAX, and SQL. This position requires a strong data visualization background, a deep understanding of data analytics, and a proven ability to work in a collaborative and innovative environment. Relias helps healthcare organizations improve their clinical and financial outcomes by elevating the performance of teams through personalized and engaging learning. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI reports and dashboards, performing detailed data analysis, and collaborating with business users to ensure user adoption of BI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure user adoption of BI solutions.
• Stay current with the latest BI and data analytics trends, and proactively improve existing processes.

Requirements

• Proficient in advanced dashboard/report design techniques using Power BI.
• Proficient in complex DAX formulas and M queries.
• Advanced skills in SQL, with capabilities in query optimization and complex data manipulation.
• Competent in applying Agile principles to manage BI projects.
• Basic understanding of data integration processes and tools.
• Knowledgeable in data warehousing principles.
• 3+ years of experience in a BI developer role or similar, with strong use of Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree.
