About the position

As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer at Booz Allen, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Business Intelligence applications. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Business Intelligence applications.
  • Provide end-user support for the implementation and usage of business intelligence systems.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems using advanced consulting skills and technical expertise.
  • Mentor and supervise team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Assist in human-centered design thinking around change management to convert organizational desires into data-driven objectives.
  • Create insightful analytical results from abstract client problems and visualize outputs using tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Requirements

  • Experience with dashboarding in Tableau.
  • Proficiency in using Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of Python coding, Microsoft Excel data manipulation, or SQL.
  • Ability to assist in human-centered design thinking around change management.
  • Strong analytical skills to distill client problems into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AFIMSC or AFCEC, including Tyndall or JBSA.
  • Tableau Certification.
