About the position

As a Business Intelligence Developer at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will be responsible for creating end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role involves not only coding but also collaborating with technical teams to design and implement data collection tools, develop dashboards, and ensure data integrity. You will engage in data discovery, cleansing, and visualization, while also helping clients overcome challenges using the latest technologies and architectural approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end business intelligence solutions.
• Design and implement data collection tools and techniques.
• Create visual reports and dashboards based on customer feedback.
• Perform data discovery, cleansing, validation, and relationship management.
• Design data visualization mock-ups and prototypes based on requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate solutions and project work.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with business intelligence.
• Experience with Python, T-SQL, and SQL.
• Experience with creating visual reports and business intelligence software, including Power BI.
• Experience with data modeling philosophies, including Kimbal.
• Experience with Machine Learning algorithms.
• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience with business intelligence in lieu of a degree.

• Experience in the VA.
• Experience with developing ETL scripts for data automation.
• Experience with virtual machine configuration and testing.
• Experience with developing custom Power BI Apps.
• Experience with developing custom Microsoft Power Apps.
• Experience with using software test tools, including Coverity, Code Sonar, or Fortify.
• Experience with data orchestration tools, including AirFlow or Dagster.
• Experience with Git Hub and Azure Dev Ops.
• Experience with C/C++ programming language and implementing ML algorithms.
