About the position

The Business Intelligence Developer / Analyst at CommuniCare Health Services is responsible for creating reports, dashboards, and KPIs to enhance the usability, scalability, efficiency, and security of BI tools. This role involves leading projects, analyzing data discrepancies, and ensuring data validation while collaborating with stakeholders and training end-users.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Manage data sets to ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Train end-users on BI tools and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in BI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Over five years of experience in data preparation, data gateway, and data warehousing projects.
• Over five years of experience with the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack.
• Expertise in SQL queries, SSRS, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) including DAX.
• Three to four years of experience with self-service tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Three to five years of healthcare data experience (claims, quality, encounters).
• Highly proficient with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts).
