About the position
The PowerBI Developer role involves enhancing existing reports and creating new reports from scratch using Power BI. The position requires extensive experience with DAX and Azure Analytics Services, as well as strong SQL skills. The developer will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver effective BI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Enhance existing Power BI reports and create new reports from scratch.
- Write and improve DAX queries for better report performance.
- Work with Azure Analytics Services (AAS) cubes to develop BI solutions.
- Write SQL queries and stored procedures for data manipulation and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver effective BI solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a BI Developer.
- Extensive experience with Power BI.
- Strong skills in writing DAX queries.
- Experience with Azure Analytics Services (AAS) cubes.
- Proficient in SQL, including writing queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with Azure-based BI solutions such as Azure SQL and Azure Synapse.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
