About the position

The Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to support decision-making across various departments. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and data models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation checks.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from various sources.
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to use BI tools effectively.
• Utilize Azure Synapse for data integration and advanced analytics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of other Microsoft tools such as Excel, Azure, and SharePoint.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with business processes and workflows in a corporate environment.
