About the position

The BI Developer position focuses on utilizing Power BI to deliver business intelligence solutions for a growing company in Houston. The role involves direct collaboration with one of the Founders, requiring proactive engagement in gathering requirements, developing, and optimizing BI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling, along with excellent interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with various customers.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Develop and optimize BI solutions using Power BI.
• Create data models and reports to support business decision-making.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers for support and maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with the Founder and other team members on various projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
