The Business Intelligence Developer at HonorHealth plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to create analytic solutions that enhance operational, clinical, and financial performance. The developer will utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to produce data models, reports, and visualizations that cater to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions under the direction of Senior Developers or Leads.
• Collaborate with business and clinical stakeholders, business analysts, and technical support teams to deploy analytic solutions.
• Utilize business intelligence development tools to create data models, extracts, and self-service reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain reports, data visualizations, and interactive dashboards.
• Maintain communication with key stakeholders and leadership regarding business intelligence solutions.
• Support the maintenance of electronic medical record business intelligence data models and reports.
• Document technical/business specifications and perform testing and data validation.
• Conduct data analysis to support clinical, financial, and operational performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or 2 years' work related experience required.
• Must take Epic's Clarity Data Model training and gain initial certifications within three attempts.
