About the position

The Business Intelligence Developer at National Manufacturing Co., Inc. is responsible for overseeing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions to support decision-making across the organization. This role involves collaboration with leaders at all levels to ensure their reporting needs are met, utilizing various technical skills to extract and analyze data from ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Utilize SQL and other applicable query languages to create data extracts from ERP and populate business intelligence tools.
• Create ETL processes as part of report development.
• Validate report data against source system.
• Develop and maintain report documentation for training and assumption validation purposes.
• Maintain and update ERP data schema.
• Collaborate with network administrator to perform routine preventative maintenance on system ERP and reporting systems.
• Work with third party vendors for software updates.
• Troubleshoot ERP and reporting system issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in IT related field.
• Expertise in Infor VISUAL ERP.
• Experience with Smartviews.
• Experience with SQL and SQL Server.
• Experience with MS VB Script.
• Experience with Crystal Reports.
• Expertise in MS Office Suite, especially strong skillset in Excel and Access.
