In this role, you will participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, which may be created from multiple data sources. Additionally, you will transition developed reports and dashboards to respective teams and provide training on their use. You will constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer. Ensuring proper configuration management and change controls are implemented for your area of influence will be crucial. You will also provide technical assistance and cross-training to other team members, as well as training and assistance to report and dashboard users. Furthermore, you will design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes to enhance the overall efficiency of the team.
