CHG is searching for a mid-level BI developer and data enthusiast to join our Sales Analytics & Business Intelligence team to support our Enterprise Client Solutions sales division. As a BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into valuable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and develop business intelligence solutions that drive operational efficiency and strategic growth. Success in this role requires highly effective communication, an eye for design, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role will report to a Sr Manager of Business Intelligence and Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to answer their questions with business insights through data.
  • Identify and analyze trends and themes within large data sources to provide recommendations for strategic operations within the organization.
  • Partner closely with sales, operations, and the digital organization to maintain knowledge of business processes, strategies, information requirements, and key priorities.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and maintain dashboards and visualizations primarily using Tableau, SQL (Snowflake), and Excel (and other tools as needed).
  • Assist in troubleshooting reports, creating documentation, and establishing new best practices.
  • Facilitate and participate in data validation and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field (OR 4+ years in a Data/Analytics role).
  • 3+ years data analysis / report-building experience.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to evaluate business scenarios.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency with SQL with an understanding of database tables.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a knack for clearly conveying difficult concepts to both technical and non-technical partners.
  • A passion for learning, innovation, and solving tough problems with a team's support.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years working in Tableau (or close equivalent).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming language.
  • Experience within Locum Tenens industry.
