The developer will be responsible for building data ETL processes that facilitate meaningful and efficient reporting, as well as developing reports, dashboards, universes, and extracts for end users. Training end users on the effective use of reports and BI reporting software is a key responsibility, along with maintaining security profiles for user access to data. The developer will monitor report performance, taking corrective actions to optimize or improve performance as necessary. Participation in the evaluation of BI utilities and tools is expected, along with coordinating application and integration configuration needs with other IT teams and end users. The role also involves assisting in the installation, configuration, and upgrades of BI software, documenting all processes used in production, and ensuring compliance with corporate quality assurance policies and required documentation.
