About the position
The Business Intelligence Developer role at Logic20/20 involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions. The position requires proficiency in Power BI and data analytics, focusing on creating complex reporting solutions that meet business needs while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. This hybrid position is based in Seattle and offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Pull data into data lakes and create reports with Power BI.
- Design and implement complex reporting solutions to meet business needs and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT to align reporting solutions with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues related to tools and configurations.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of Data analytics/warehousing experience for enterprise software applications.
- Proficiency with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Experience working with BI Tools (Power BI, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure SQL, or similar).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with dimensional data models.
- Possess strong and effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to customize approaches for a variety of audiences.
- Capable of influencing, interacting, and collaborating with senior management and technical resources both internally and externally.
- Ability to perform effective product demonstrations as part of any enablement program.
- Understanding of data modeling concepts with an ability to manipulate data using software tools and SQL.
- Strong critical thinking skills to understand sophisticated, technical process issues and facilitate/influence decision-making.
