About the position

The Business Intelligence Jr. Analyst at Posillico Civil, Inc. is responsible for optimizing business information workflows and integrating data across various software systems. This role focuses on enhancing data integrity and ensuring accurate information to support decision-making processes. The analyst will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and implement solutions that drive business insights and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in optimizing business information workflows and integrating data across various software systems.
• Support data collection across all entities to facilitate accurate and useful reporting.
• Maintain software and hardware applications to ensure effective data mining.
• Integrate data for consistent reporting and drive improvements to software system use, procedures, and workflows.
• Identify development needs to streamline the flow of data between applications.
• Assist the BI Analyst in developing and maintaining reports/dashboards for real-time decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience with Power BI preferred.
• Experience in systems, data analysis, SQL and/or data management preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain organization.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with advanced computer skills, particularly MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with computer, systems, and/or database management.
