Zantech is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Management Analyst to support our upcoming work with the Federal Government in Ashburn, VA. This position is integral to providing Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Support within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in its objective to enhance data-driven decision-making through effective utilization of both qualitative and quantitative data. CBP's vision focuses on enhancing national security through innovation, intelligence, collaboration, and trust. The responsibilities of the Business Intelligence Management Analyst include a variety of tasks aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness. The Analyst will engage in strategic analysis and planning, preparing organizational analyses for program and system requirements, conducting capabilities gap analysis, and developing metrics for oversight and assessment. Project management is a key component of this role, where the Analyst will identify, track, and perform project tasks and schedules, monitor project progress, and resolve any impediments that arise. Additionally, the Analyst will support agile sprint planning and ceremonies to ensure that customer priorities are met. Stakeholder coordination is another critical aspect of this position. The Analyst will coordinate and facilitate meetings with Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) and external stakeholders, engaging them for testing, task concurrences, and scheduling. The Analyst will also present Change Requests (CRs) to various boards for approval and support the management of these requests through the entire Configuration Management process. Legal and security coordination will involve collaboration with CBP and DHS legal departments to draft and follow up on Privacy Threshold Analyses (PTAs) and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), as well as coordinating Authority to Test (ATTs) and Authority to Operate (ATOs) with security teams. Finally, the Analyst will assist in drafting and following up with System Design Reviews (SDRs) within the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and Border Patrol.
