About the position

The Family Initiative is seeking a full-time Business Intelligence (PBI) Developer to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the Agency's Power Business Intelligence (PBI) application. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the Senior Data Business Analyst to develop and enhance PBI reports, which are essential for improving data quality and accessibility across the Agency. In this role, you will be expected to utilize your creativity and analytical skills to transform abstract data into interactive and understandable visualizations. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Agency's Power Business Intelligence (PBI) application.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Data Business Analyst to develop and enhance PBI reports.
  • Improve data quality and accessibility for the Agency.
  • Transform abstract information into interactive data visualizations.
  • Strengthen performance metrics and provide business insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Three or more years of experience in Software Development or Data Analytics.
