The Human Capital Business Intelligence Practitioner at Deloitte plays a crucial role in supporting HR clients by managing and analyzing data from various sources. Responsibilities

• Support the HR client by managing a variety of data from the HR system of record and other external data sources.
• Sustain an ad hoc help desk.
• Create pre-canned reporting solutions.
• Build visually appealing dashboards and infographics.
• Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.
• Develop reports and/or dashboards and queries against enterprise level systems to answer key human capital questions.
• Utilize an analytics platform to develop tools and visualizations to help client leadership make data-driven decisions.
• Support the client with strategic initiatives to modernize and elevate the client's capability across key workforce analytics dimensions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
• 3+ years of experience with Data Analytics and Visualizations in Tableau
• 3+ years of experience with a Business Intelligence software
• 3+ years of experience in HR Strategy Requirements Gathering and Assessment
