About the position

The Business Intelligence Solutions Analyst - Planning & Product at Crocs is a pivotal role within the Enterprise Data Analytics Team, responsible for delivering analytics solutions that enhance decision-making across the organization. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to optimize business processes and implement data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in-depth analysis of business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, solution designs, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with key partners to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with data engineering, business intelligence, IT, and other teams to develop integrated business solutions.
  • Supervise the development and implementation of new solutions, acting as the liaison between business units and technical teams.
  • Ensure solutions align with business strategy and deliver measurable value.
  • Provide ongoing support for projects post-implementation, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data analysis and business insights to drive decisions that improve business processes.
  • Lead projects related to business solution implementations, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Document and share all solution designs and implementations with relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and ongoing support to teams utilizing business solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Business Solutions Analyst role, focusing on delivering data-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end solution implementations in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong ability to analyze and model business processes for improvement and innovation.
  • Ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and cloud-based analytics solutions (e.g., Snowflake) is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AI / ML preferred.
  • Experience with Data Engineering, Planning, and/or Merchandising preferred.
