About the position

The Business Intelligence Solutions Developer at St. Luke's Health System is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI and SQL. This role focuses on enhancing data-driven decision-making within the organization, particularly in warehouse operations and supply chain management. The position emphasizes collaboration with various departments to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights, contributing to improved operational efficiency and healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design custom reports, queries, and dashboards from diverse data sources, focusing on warehouse performance and supply chain pricing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Operations, Warehouse, and Supply Chain departments to understand data needs and develop metrics for data quality and pricing efficiency.
• Participate in testing methodologies to ensure the functionality and integrity of reporting solutions and resolve technical issues.
• Identify and implement new technologies to streamline supply chain and warehouse analytics, crafting business cases for enterprise-wide solutions.
• Partner with teams across departments to provide exceptional BI support, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with warehouse operations, supply chain pricing, or querying transactional databases.
• Proficiency in SQL with at least 2 years of writing SQL queries.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and transactional databases, with knowledge of Databricks or similar platforms being a plus.
• Experience with inventory management and pricing strategies.
