As a Business Intelligence SQL Developer 3, you will play a crucial role in the Business Intelligence department, which is responsible for providing key insights into the clinical, operational, and financial activities of Terros Health. Your work will involve designing, developing, and maintaining metrics, data models, visualizations, and reports that are essential for informed decision-making within the organization. In this role, you will develop complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and SSIS packages to support application development and data analysis. You will also be responsible for scheduling jobs to automate various database-related activities, including backups and monitoring database health. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining data within our Enterprise Data Warehouse, ensuring that it supports our business processes effectively. You will lead the development of optimal designs that adhere to architectural best practices, considering scalability, reliability, and performance. Additionally, you will oversee product performance, making necessary corrections and enhancements, and ensure compliance with security best practices throughout the product development lifecycle. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with other team members and independently to deliver projects on time. You will also have the opportunity to train and support other developers and data analysts, contributing to the growth of the team. Your contributions will extend to configuring reporting products, mapping fields, validating result sets, and providing training and support to end users of BI reports and products.
