About the position
The Business Leadership Program (BLP) in Human Resources at Synchrony is a two-year, full-time rotational program designed to develop future HR leaders. Participants will gain comprehensive experience across various HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and diversity initiatives. The program emphasizes learning agility, collaboration, and strategic problem-solving, providing a strong foundation for career advancement in HR.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR specialists on strategic projects related to compensation, benefits, and talent development.
- Work with HR business partners to support organization design and culture transformation initiatives.
- Engage with the Talent Acquisition team to develop hiring strategies and manage vendor relationships.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to various analytical functions and methodologies.
- Network with executives and senior leaders to address strategic HR issues.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business or a Human Resources discipline (e.g., industrial & labor relations, organizational psychology).
- Minimum academic record of 7 CGPA.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills.
