Hodgson Russ LLP is seeking an attorney to join its Business Litigation group in either the Buffalo or Rochester office. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in commercial litigation, which includes a strong background in handling depositions, engaging in motion practice, making court appearances, and managing electronic discovery processes. The firm represents a diverse clientele, including both domestic and international businesses as well as individuals involved in various commercial disputes. These disputes encompass a wide range of areas such as contract law, corporate matters, construction issues, energy regulations, environmental concerns, and more. Additionally, the firm deals with cases related to the False Claims Act, health care compliance, fraud and abuse, insurance defense, intellectual property, labor and employment, pension and ERISA, real estate and finance, real property tax assessment, securities, telecommunications, transportation, utility regulation, and white-collar crime. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside a strong academic record.
